The Creative Foods story
Garlic bread derives from bruschetta being the Italian tradition of toasted bread with garlic and olive oil.
Bruschetta is typically a thick, rustic cut of bread that is toasted then brushed with a cut clove of garlic and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil. Salt is usually, but not always, added. Bruschetta is first attested to in books dating to the 1600s.
We specialise in the manufacturing of a wide range of topped and injected breads using the best ingredients and traditional recipes.
